CODE OF CONDUCT
Peninsula Futsal is about having a good game, meeting people and enjoying yourself. Please treat everyone on and off the court with respect.
Follow the rules of play at all times.
Respect all participants, regardless of gender, ability, cultural background or religion. Peninsula Futsal is for everyone — don't be that person.
No insulting, bullying, threatening or harassing behaviour.
Remain in control of yourself, both physically and emotionally.
This isn't the World Cup, so take it easy on yourself and each other.
Keep swearing to a minimum.
Treat Peninsula Futsal staff and referees with respect.
Most importantly, enjoy the game.
BREACHES OF THE CODE
Players who don't abide by the Code of Conduct may be subject to:

Suspension
Removal from the league

By registering with Peninsula Futsal, you agree to the following:
I acknowledge that I have my own personal medical insurance and ambulance cover.
I acknowledge that recreational activity involves a degree of physical risk, and I may sustain personal injuries or death as a result of my participation.
By registering to play with Peninsula Futsal you hereby agree to release Peninsula Futsal, its officers and employees, against and from all expenses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, judgments and losses (including those resulting from any loss, damage, or theft of any property under Futsal Peninsula’s control) of any kind whatsoever arising out of, caused by or attributable to or resulting from any accident, injury or death to any person occurring at a venue under Peninsula Futsal’s control or as a result of the use of facilities and/or equipment belonging to Peninsula Futsal.
Forfeit policy (league competition)…
Hopefully we never have to enact these policies but if we do then the following applies:
A team failing to show up to a scheduled game is seen as a forfeit.
Teams that forfeit with notice greater than 24hrs will pay 1 match fee.
Teams that forfeit with notice less than 24hrs will pay 2 match fees.
3 points are deducted for a forfeit.
Teams must pay the penalty forfeit before their next scheduled game.
The forfeit costings are in place because we have existing overheads regardless of whether a game takes place.
